However, we understand that even the best technology occasionally decides to take a nap. When that happens, don’t worry, we’ve got your back and are ready to jump into action faster than your morning caffeine kick! Manufacturer's Warranty The Wand Digital Touchscreen comes with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty starting from the date of purchase. Wand Digital will facilitate repairs as outlined below: The Wand Way For the first 90 days from the purchase date, Wand Digital offers enhanced coverage: Devices that fail due to manufacturer defects during this period will be replaced at no cost to the customer. Replacement equipment will be shipped via ground transportation. Customers must return the failed equipment to Wand Digital for repairs. Warranty Repairs The manufacturer will provide the suspected parts required for repair. Wand Digital will handle scheduling a certified technician to install the parts supplied by the manufacturer. Repair timelines are subject to parts availability. Customers will be updated promptly regarding any delays. Replacement Option To reduce downtime, Wand Digital offers an option to ship a replacement device at the cost of shipping only. Customers can elect to receive a replacement device while the original equipment is being repaired. Prior written approval of shipping costs is required before dispatch. Replacement equipment will be sent promptly upon confirmation. Before shipment, customers must approve shipping costs in writing. Replacement equipment will be shipped once shipping cost approval is received. Wand Digital will coordinate the return of the failed equipment for repairs.
