Warranty for the Product except battery
SOLUM warrants to end user ESL tag and gateway hardware for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery
(“Warranty Period”) that the Products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship on the condition that they used in
normal temperature and humidity set forth in the SOLUM’s specification (“Warranty”). Normal temperature is defined as operating
environment between 32°F to 104°F and humidity between 35% and 70% relative humidity. Freezer tags from 0°F to 32°F
